Diablo III Release Pushed to 2011 – Consolation Prize Inside

Posted on 03 March 2010 by Rock'nRolf

We have been waiting for about 10 years for another installment of Diablo III, and what does Blizzard have to say on the matter? The game won’t be out for another year! Seriously? Judging from the pics they’ve at least had the courtesy to release, it looks pretty much finished to me, but I guess Blizzard really wants everyone to keep the hype going. By next year it will probably look hopelessly dated… anyway, here are some pictures to wet your appetite.

well look at starcraft 2, they held it back for like 4 years and it came out really awesome :D

I have to disagree with the previous post about starcraft 2, imo it was a flop.

    Negatives :
    No LAN
    Only 1 race campaign.
Way to many time limited maps.
    Way to short.
    Boring storyline.
I had to force myself into finishing the campaign mode (Game was quite uninteresting imo, but I had nothing else to play..).
Forced online registration sucks (If people wan´t to multiplay it online then it is ok, but for us that just wan´t to play the single player and nothing more, it sucks).
    Subpar graphics.
Inability to sell the game sucks also.

    Positive :
The spaceship between missions was a cool addition.
